No not me, but my sweetest friend

A
couple of travelers would want to put up a timely itinerary. Setting up good
names of well-known spots to visit, booking for hotel accommodations and
sometimes, hiring a tour guide. To these travelers, it’s always safe to have
a map safely kept inside their pockets. But the world is full of opposites and
that being said, there are also travelers who would want to take a journey by
surprise.
Keeping a little
more than enough amount of money, food, camera and they’re all ready to
experience what is yet to discover. My friend unfortunately has been around the
best of both worlds--- a carefully prepared sojourn…and a wreak havoc travel experience.
Touring Singapore
Jam
had to take a late afternoon flight bound for Singapore around middle of
September this year. Traveling is not very much of a routine for someone who works with an unstable schedule. So when an opportunity strikes, tote bags are ready
for set up for a nurse like him.
He flew in via Cebu Pacific airlines
and was fetched by his sister. The first few days had to be spent looking
around some of the scenic places of Singapore that includes (and more):
The bird park is the world’s largest
walk-in aviary that stores hundreds of species of birds. While taking a walk and
sitting on a bench, Jam had to curiously get high on the birds dozing on top of
the branches or hoaxing the feet of passers-by.
Esplanade
Universal Studios
Just so he landed in one of the most
visited places in Singapore
he was able to “time travel” the :
Ancient Egypt
Lost World
Sci Fi City
(Note: These are only few of the pictures)
Unpredictable Misadventures
This
is it!
A
travel wouldn’t be complete without bringing home some keepsakes or getting a
chance to roam around the city. And by roaming around, sometimes, there has to
be an extent of readiness for fun which by fun I mean the unexpected little
misadventures.
Before he finished his vacation
he toured around the Singapore
metro and took a ride on a cab. He was ready for superlatives
of contingencies except for one; confidently riding on a cab and suddenly
realized that cabs in Singapore
are right-hand drives and that he was dumbfound-ly seated in the driver’s seat.
Laughs dropped as well as an easy sense of humor. That surely was a lesson
learned!
Goodness knows he needed every one
of Singapore ’s
fun on that experience and he got it, even from a cab.
