Good-Mood Tips for Busy Bodies

With today’s cosmopolitan busyness and technological indulgence, it’s hard to keep up with the time and still be able to maintain positivism. There is no boundary between work and home. I learned a lot of that when I started working up to 12 hours a day in the hospital for the past two months.

Stresses come in greater amount and out and back again. There is almost never enough time to breathe from the pressure weight and hassle. And I think you have been busy and enfeebled, too with your life because if not, you won’t be here in this post.

When everything around you begins to cut down your space into nothing but work. And if given a choice between courage and desolate, you choose the latter, you surely have gotten your wellness in complete disproportion.

For a while, you need to pull yourself up a bit and set back a good mood. You cannot just continue life in desolation because we all know it’s unhealthy.

How do you raid off unhappiness then and take little steps back to wellness?

Keep moving

Ironic to say that one way to relax from working all week is to set yourself in motion. You may instead find some time to blend some coffee and ensconce yourself on bed the whole day. But no, the more you remain still the more chance for the negative vibes to toss around your mind. Get off those comfy TV recliners and start moving!

Physical activities like dancing, tidying up the house, or even walking can be considered as exercise in which as you move and perspire endorphins are released  giving you  feeling of pleasure.

Rehydrate

One of the major contributors of stress that most people don’t know about is when our body literally loses its balance and the cells are deprived of their needed water to fuel up.

When our cells shrink and there is a lesser volume of fluid circulating in the system all our organs, first our brain starts to get dysfunctional. And it will rub us from wellness too. So guzzle and fill your tank. Hydrate yourself.

Create a life list

Set something new. Dare to dream even more ambitious dreams. Desiring what you would want in life is not at all being materialistic and selfish. Fight that guilt. What I mean is that living in wellness is about living life to the fullest. If you are wishing to learn driving or publishing an article, go for it!

Draft a bucket list of the things you’d like to achieve in life and start envisioning about them. You’d get to have something new to look forward to in life and it will help you stay motivated. Don’t get it the wrong way. That also doesn’t necessarily mean aiming for earthly things than godly. They are different entities in which the latter is the provider of everything that you will be able to create in mind as you draft your life list. See the difference.

I have mine here. Start your own, too.

Get enough sleep

What else don’t you know about the benefits of having enough sleep? When you give yourself enough time to snooze, part of the brain that controls emotions and social interactions are given rest. That’s why a person wakes up enthusiastic and ready to get back on the swing of things after a good night sleep.

Date God

If you are able to spare time twittering and facebook-ing, why is spending time for God be any different? Even a five minute moments spent with him will rejuvenate not just your physical or emotional but spiritual self as well.

Once you know that there is a higher being that will take care of you every second, you will find more strength to fray whatever stresses you are in.

I hope this helps. Get a good mood and de-stress your busy body. God bless!

Drop in your suggestions. They are very much welcome.
