Jesus versus religion, or is it really?
What the video is most likely referring to is the opinionated and cultural way of understanding of religion. People have differing interpretations about various things; and sometimes there is the tendency to figure it out literally.
Religion is not inherently bad. False religion is. That's why it is a little critical to put across views on such a relevant matter. It needs unbiased minds in order to understand it the way it should.
However the conflict is that the use of the word "religion" became too indiscriminate. It's way easier to see more and more people with different religions practice their belief in their own ways. For instance, taking pictures of religious figures and the likes. But replace the word "religion" with "immature believers"in such a video and it becomes rather condemning of the one who speaks.
